The Personal Trainer first asks you about your self-impression of your fitness level, then gives you a series of short clips trying a whole bunch of simple exercises, all integrated together nicely so it seems like one short workout session. I wondered how they could personalize a workout for my (fairly poor) fitness level, which is what hooked me in. What I've seen so far, however, is very positive. Longer version: Since I've only done the fitness test and one session with the Personal Trainer, and the initial skill survey for the Yoga, I haven't had a chance to discover all the problems yet.
